Portfolio Camps

Our portfolio camps are fast-pace and intensive. Our camps run during march break and summer months from Monday-Friday. Students will be required to do at home assignments and will have the opportunity to visit a professional gallery and understand the importance of viewing and exhibiting art. Our portfolio camps are great for everyone, especially for students who need fast tracking, or have upcoming deadlines. We always recommend to begin building your portfolio's early. Students can start their portfolio's as early as age 8.

March Break Camp

Our march break camps are perfect for students who wish to explore a variety of artistic medias and just have fun! If you have a child that loves making art without having to memorize terms and just wants to engage with other art loving students this camp is perfect!

All art supplies are included except for smocks/aprons. Smocks/aprons can be purchased at academy.
Summer Camp

We offer a themed based camp in order to give our students different artistic options. Enrol in one or all of our amazing creative based weeks and make beautiful artwork as a keepsake of a memorable summer well spent!

Section 1: Mini Matisse
Inspired by the beautiful paintings by Henri Matisse, students will explore the outdoors through various art materials and create nature inspired art.
Dates: July 5-9
Section 2: Painter's Studio
Students will learn various painting techniques by using mixed media to challenge their creativity while exploring new ways of thinking. Perfect for those who enjoy painting and getting their hands messy.

Section 3: Master Artist's
Students will explore various art materials through summer inspired themes. Each art activity will be unique and students will learn about different artists who introduced creative art forms which can be viewed in local art galleries!

Section 3: A Drawing Dream
Students will explore various drawing materials through summer inspired themes. Using the outdoors as inspiration, students will draw their creative environment with traditional and non-traditional materials. This camp is perfect for those who think outside the box and like to try new things!
