Before you start, keep in mind:
Just Like everyone has a story, every art piece has one too. An initial thought sparks a continuous path of ideas, some are recreated leaving us content with the results, while others leave us deflated and un-satisfied.
Before giving up on our ideas, we should ask ourselves- why? Why did we start in the first place? What brings us joy in the process?
Whatever your "Why?" Always remember to ask: "Why does it have to be perfect?"
My hope for you, art-loving beings of the world, is to let go of expectations! Enjoy the process and know that regardless of the results, you'll definitely learn something new while having fun.
Happy accidents are probably the best things to happen in the process and once you allow yourself to let go, you will become the true artist within you!
“Creativity is allowing yourself to make mistakes. Art is knowing which ones to keep."
